Unfortunately, when we insert a 5 News Update or Entertainment News on 5 into movie some Sky boxes will not automatically record both parts. However, when you set one part of the movie to record, it should prompt you to series link that movie.  

Sky have resolved this issue in their new Q boxes as it always defaults to recording the series which records both parts of the movie.
