The Viewer Enquiries team are generally open between 09:00 and 17:30 Monday to Thursday and from 09:00 to 16:00 on Fridays, though times may vary for training or operational purposes. The office is closed on weekends and on Bank Holidays .

Please note that neither our guests or presenters do not respond personally to viewer enquiries.

We offer a voicemail service which is available when lines are closed. In particularly busy times during our opening hours we may need to operate an answerphone service. A summary of programme feedback is distributed to Channel 5 staff members each day. 

We aim to answer all correspondence which requires a response as quickly as possible.

However, when we are busy or if your query requires us to make investigations with other departments or external bodies, this may take a little longer.
