SERVICE ERROR ON MY5 AND MILKSHAKE APPS ON SAMSUNG TV'S

We are aware that some people are seeing the following message when they launch the My5 or Milkshake app on their Samsung TV:

Service Error

You are running the old version of My5/Milkshake!

Please download the latest My5/Milkshake app from the store.

If you see this message, please update your app to the latest version by following these steps:

  1. Select "Settings"
  2. Select "Support"
  3. Select "Software Update"
  4. Select "Update Now"
  5. Then follow the on-screen prompts to update your TV's software

Once you have completed these steps you should find that the above message no longer appears.
